About Me

I am a mother, lawyer, and cancer survivor living in San Francisco. I love reading, baking, gardening, and swimming in the open water. I received my 200-hour teaching certificate in 2018 under the guidance of Caroline Kelley, Matt Champoux, and Cora Wen. Practicing yoga keeps me strong in all meanings of the word.

My Teaching Philosophy

Everyone is welcome in my yoga class, regardless of age or ability. I offer a beginner and intermediate-level approach to each pose and use props to make the poses accessible to most students.

My style is eclectic and is influenced by traditional Ashtanga and Iyengar (Hatha). I strive to honors yoga’s Indian roots while integrating other modalities like dance and Pilates. In my class you will receive a well-balanced practice with a little bit of pranayama and meditation. You will work hard and, I hope, have fun. My goal is that you will feel better when you leave class, and that you will come back for more.
